Job Summary:
The Field Analyst is an on-site IT position responsible for supporting end-user technology and network infrastructure for remote users, the company’s corporate office and retail locations. This role supports PCs, POS systems, printers, audio-visual equipment & systems, handheld devices, telephones, switches, wireless access points, fiber and copper infrastructure, and more. The position leads small projects, trains and directs contractors, creates and maintains documentation, and drives continuous improvement while delivering an exceptional experience for guests and employees.

- Provide onsite and remote support for endpoint devices, network, wireless, telecommunications, and infrastructure systems, including workstations, POS systems, printers, scanners, handheld devices, and other connected technologies.
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure platforms, including switching, wireless, telecommunications, network access control, and SD-WAN systems.
- Manage support tickets end-to-end using approved ITSM processes, workflows, and service level expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely, professional, and effective support to users and business partners.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic, copper, and structured cabling infrastructure, including patching, testing, terminations, and repairs.
- Support technology deployments and operational readiness for new locations, renovations, seasonal operations, special events, and business initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain network health, investigate outages and service disruptions, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Lead and execute small-to-medium technology projects, including hardware refreshes, infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and site improvements.
- Manage IT asset lifecycles, including inventory, procurement, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and retirement activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, inventories, procedures, standards, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure implementation, maintenance, repair, and technology deployment activities.
- Serve as a technical resource for connected technologies, supporting the integration and interaction of endpoint devices, wireless networks, telecommunications platforms, and core infrastructure systems.
- Ensure compliance with company security standards, policies, and best practices while protecting company systems, data, and technology assets.
- Participate in on-call support, major incident response, disaster recovery activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain reliable business operations.
- Share technical knowledge, provide guidance to peers, and contribute to team training and mentoring efforts.
- Adapt to changing business priorities and effectively balance operational support, project work, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with Field IT teams, corporate teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support technology reliability and business objectives.

Job Requirements:
- All shifts are worked onsite, at the company’s corporate office at 390 Interlocken Crescent, Broomfield, CO.

- Ability to document technical environments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think and act proactively about infrastructure health, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, performance, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes and recommend better solutions.
- Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with long-term infrastructure improvements and technology modernization efforts.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outside for extended periods in temperatures below freezing and at altitude.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds (with assistance if needed).
- Ability to work a schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours support.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise network and infrastructure technologies.
- Industry certifications such as Network+, CCNA, Extreme, Aruba, CWNA, CWTS, or equivalent.
- Experience with switching, wireless networking, network security, NAC, telecommunications, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Experience supporting Extreme Networks, Aruba, Cambium, Avaya, or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure, wireless bridge technologies, and outdoor networking solutions.
- Experience supporting multi-site environments and technology operations within hospitality, resort, retail, campus, or similar industries.
- Experience leading technology deployments, infrastructure projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to improve reliability, security, operational efficiency, and user experience through technology solutions.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $61,534.00 - $87,906.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
