And we want your expertise as a Manager of Account Service within the Creative Services team to play a major role in making that happen.

 

The Manager of Account Service is a key member of Vail Resorts' in-house Creative Agency, leading strategic brand initiatives and Go-To-Market (GTM) creative development for our resorts and internal businesses. This role manages the end-to-end creative process, including intake, planning, timeline management, creative development, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, deployment, and performance analysis.

 

As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, the Manager of Account Service ensures creative solutions align with business objectives while delivering an exceptional client experience. This position collaborates closely with Creative Development, Studio Production, and Asset Management teams to drive efficient workflows, world-class creative execution, and impactful business outcomes.

 

The successful candidate is a subject matter expert in creative best practices, GTM processes, briefing, resource management, and project execution. They bring a strong client service mindset, foster productive relationships across cross-functional teams and external partners, and are passionate about creating work that inspires people to discover the mountains.

 

This role is part of the Creative Services team and reports to the Director of Account Service

  

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $88,868.00 - $95,000.00 + annual bonus
  • Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
  • Become a subject matter expert for assigned Brands and/or LOBs to develop best-in-class creative that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship, communication updates, and briefing and review processes with primary stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop best-in-class briefing practices to inspire creativity, enable efficiency, and allow for agility.
  • Develop and maintain processes that allow for scalable growth.
  • Ensure briefs have the right inputs to develop and deploy content on brand, on schedule, and with excellence.
  • Build and track project scope, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and recaps.
  • Proactively identify future optimizations and GTM opportunities to evolve processes and find innovative solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • 4-7 years of experience in a similar position in a marketing organization or agency. Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a creative agency, with an understanding of Account Service processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Experience working with various project management tools, ideally with Jira, Workfront and Smartsheet.
  • Prior experience developing and reviewing brand and creative campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to action on insights and make strategic decisions
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task complex projects and adapt to changes fluidly.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently based on larger goals.
  • A brave, ambitious, and passionate leader with a high level of emotional intelligence, a commitment to leadership development, and a willingness to embrace change

 

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $88,868.00 - $95,000.00 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
