Job Summary:
The Manager of Account Service plays a critical role within the in-house Creative Agency of Vail Resorts. The Account Service team supports strategic brand initiatives and Go-To-Market (GTM) creative development for our Resorts and internal businesses. This role leads the end-to-end creative development process including project planning, intake, ongoing communication, timeline management, creative development, QA, deployment, and performance analysis. Additionally, this role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and the creative aligns with business objectives. This position is accountable to ensure that Vail Resorts generates breakthrough creative strategies,
develops world-class creative assets, and executes with high efficiency in partnership with the Creative Development and Production & Asset Management functions on the Creative Services team. This position will be a subject matter expert in best-in-class creative, brief templates, GTM processes, timeline management, and maximizing resources to drive efficiencies. The successful candidate will lead with a client service mindset, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors, and various cross-functional partners.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned Brands and/or LOBs to develop best-in-class creative that aligns with business objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship, communication updates, and briefing and review processes with primary stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Develop best-in-class briefing practices to inspire creativity, enable efficiency, and allow for agility.
- Develop and maintain processes that allow for scalable growth.
- Ensure briefs have the right inputs to develop and deploy content on brand, on schedule, and with excellence.
- Build and track project scope, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and recaps.
- Proactively identify future optimizations and GTM opportunities to evolve processes and find innovative solutions.
Job Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar position in a marketing organization or agency. Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Prior experience working in a creative agency, with an understanding of Account Service processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Experience working with various project management tools, ideally with Jira, Workfront and Smartsheet.
- Prior experience developing and reviewing brand and creative campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to action on insights and make strategic decisions
- Highly organized and able to multi-task complex projects and adapt to changes fluidly.
- Experience prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently based on larger goals.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $85,863.60 - $110,362.73 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
