Job Specifications:

• Outlet:  Avon, CO
• Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.54 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
• Recieve and manage customer rental reservations.
• Work with delivery drivers in coordinating the delivry of and picking up of ski equipment to and from guests.
• Work with numerous properties to ensure guest rental satisfaction
• Work with guests over the phone handling delivery and pick up logistics
• Responsible for generating rental sales through world-class guest service
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of rental concepts, practices and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining business standards
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Education - HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Work Experience - No prior work experience required, experience in a retail environment or equivalent relevant experience preferred
• Computer Skill - Basic computer skills with ability to learn
• Language Skills - English Fluency
• Other Requirements - Excellent customer service skills, ability to handle multiple customers and projects at one time, ability to troubleshoot and elevate questions or concerns to management.
• Preferred Skills - Average math skills and merchandising skills

The expected pay range is $21.00 - $22.54. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
