Job Summary:
The Employee Center/Warehouse Team Lead will work as a Base Operations member in order to lead the warehouse and Uniform Room team members to be successful in their daily operations. This position will pivot between the uniform room during the beginning of the winter/summer seasons and the warehouse to deliver product to the mountain top restaurants.
Job Specifications:

- Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.99 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year-Round (11 Months)
- Skill Level: Intermediate
Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse
- Assisting with the receiving of product from multiple vendors.
- Organizing product to go up on the mountain daily.
- Meeting with Breck Mountain Dining Leads in order to foster relationship.
- Do daily checks of garbage, compost and recycling needs for each mountaintop restaurants.
- Ownership of the condition of the loading docks.
- Work with night time warehouse lead to formulate evening plan for distribution of product.
- Working with C2Z team for proper waste management and recycling programs
- Will help drive growth of Commitment to Zero programs and raise awareness of Sustainability efforts at resort level through employee education
- Provide restaurant loading dock guidance and management for waste streams.
- Forklift operations (training available)
- Snow cat Operations (training available)
Uniform Room
- Organizing uniform room storehouse
- Working with manager to formulate efficient plan for distribution of seasonal uniforms.
- Maintaining of Uniform Pre-Order Form in Microsoft Teams
- Delivery of winter uniforms
- Receiving of uniforms at the end of season
- Using Uniform Manager to check in/Check out uniforms
- Maintain and organize inventory of Winter and Summer Uniforms
- Scheduling and Supervising of uniform coordinators
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English. Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence.
- Intermediate or better user of basic Microsoft Office Products (Office, Excel).
- Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Records report.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time without sitting.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays if necessary.
The expected pay range is $23.00- $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
