The role of the store manager is to manage the sales, rentals, staff, and operational and merchandising functions of the store to attain maximum profitability, efficiency, and a world - class guest experience!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and maintain a high touch level of personalized guest service
  • Generate sales, to budget and YOY
  • Evaluate rental trends and innovate methods for growth & success
  • Build and maintain relationships with all resort lines of business and lodging partners
  • Manage rental fleet controls and meet or exceed inventory goals
  • Model and maintain company policies and guidelines
  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop a quality core staff
  • Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies
  • Provide training resources in POS, RPOS, product knowledge, guest service, resort information, and efficiency
  • Conduct performance discussions and mentor development of Deliver team on a regular basis
  • Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards
  • Communicate ideas or issues with the Area Manager
  • Manage operational budget
  • Remain current on new industry products and trends, ability to demonstrate knowledge of products
  • Be upbeat, motivated, possess the ability to handle various tasks, and have fun

Job Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of rental management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate frequently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be a great teammate and be able to handle fast paced stressful environment
  • Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests


  • Familiarity with rental and retail POS



The budgeted range starts at $40,500 - $45,000 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
