Job Summary:  

Our Night Auditor will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, and fully acquainted with local points of interest.  If you have a passion working with guests and providing them an Experience of a Lifetime, this is the perfect position for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Night Auditor is responsible for answering internal and external telephone calls and greeting guests.
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel, creating walk-in reservations, establishing credit
  • Maintaining the front desk and surrounding public areas in pristine condition.
  • Assisting with guest emergencies and evacuations during night time hours.
  • Report to the morning manager about no shows, late arrivals, and evening events. 
  • Complete checklist of duties each shift.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to guests’ requests and acknowledge all guests. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
  • Guest service experience required
  • At least 1 year experience in customer-related position
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
