Job Summary:

The Resort Warehouse Manager leads the Shipping & Receiving for all the Mountain Operations groups, Restaurant outlets, the Employee Center, and uniform distribution. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the hiring, training, and performance management of staff between both departments. You will also coordinate the receipts of all orders on Coupa/ELKE, delivery of all parcel items from the Resort Courier, the Second Shift Snowcat Transport Team, and have responsibility for all warehouse vehicles, equipment, and facilities upkeep.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of the Shipping and Receiving and Employee Center department budget and capital.
  • Handle the receiving for the mailroom, warehouse, and food and beverage deliveries.
  • Supervise transport of products and equipment to on-mountain restaurants.
  • Improve all waste and recycling efforts for the 4 on-mountain restaurants and one base area restaurant.
  • Coordinate the transport of all parcels and post office mail to all resort locations using the Resort Courier.
  • Run all uniform distribution and annual capital ordering.
  • Prioritization and organization of product rotation for base area restaurants receiving areas.
  • Responsible for all Velcro nametag crafting and distribution.
  • Coordinate all end of season and in season uniform laundry shipments.
  • Handles all timely receipt of Mountain Operations orders in Coupa.
  • Responsible for inventory of all paper product and janitorial supplies for the resort via the program ELKE.
  • Tasked with hiring, on-boarding, training, goal setting, performance management, and development of both department staffs.
  • Point of contact for all vendors (Ex. Helly Hansen, US Foods, AB, Pepsi, Staples, and more)

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience (3+ years) in staff management
  • Forklift certified and Snowcat certified - preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Equipment and warehouse experience preferred

 

 

The budgeted range starts at $50,000-$60,900 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
