Job Summary:

The Advanced Maintenance Technician is responsible for equipment PMs, repairing and cleaning of HVAC units, plumbing, repairing kitchen equipment as needed, as well as electrical troubleshooting at condos/hotel and on equipment.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Village at Breckenridge and Gravity House
  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time, Year Round
    • Afternoon/PM Shift Available
  • Skill Level: Advanced

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help in all areas of Building Maintenance work, interior and exterior.
  • Acting Chief when Chief is away
  • Provide leadership and direction to other maintenance techs.
  • Work in maintenance software.
  • Operate heavy equipment, skid steer and dump truck.
  • Continue with education and skill development.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in electrical and HVAC/R.
  • Guest service skills: Professionalism, attention to detail, and timeliness.
  • Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid US Drivers license.

 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $26.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
