Job Specifications:  

  • Outlet: Hilton DoubleTree

  • Expected Pay Range: $10.63 - $12.02 / hour + tips

    • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips

  • Shift type: Full Time, Weekends, and Holidays 

  • Skill Level: Entry and up


Job Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure smooth, efficient and sanitary bar operations, as well as cash handling and providing change for the servers.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the preparation of various alcoholic beverages including mixed drinks, wine and beer.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the preparation of all food and alcohol menu items.
  • Must maintain stock levels throughout the day
  • Focus on providing world-class service for every guest at every opportunity.
  • Be aware of VIP guests and communicate this to staff.
  • Share our passion for the mountains during service 
  • Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift 
  • Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent) 
  • Other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements:  

  • 3+ years of Bartending experience 
  • Obtain Colorado TIPS Certification
  • Desire to learn and grow 
  • Must be 21 or over 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs 



The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
