Job Summary:
As Team Lead at Hawk’s Nest Cabin, Beaver Creek’s après-ski club for teens and tweens (ages 10–18), you’ll help create a fun, welcoming space where teens want to hang out. You’ll lead the cabin team, support daily operations, and ensure smooth programming when the supervisor is away.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead interactive programming tailored to teens (games, challenges, themed nights)
• Create and serve signature nonalcoholic drinks
• Oversee daily operations including waivers, admissions, and sales
• Maintain a fun, inclusive, and teen-friendly atmosphere
• Interact with teens and parents to build a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with private events and resort programming as needed
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or youth programming experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid Driver’s License & satisfactory driving record (per VR Drivers Policy)
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
