Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of the Arrowhead Alpine Club is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of club operations. This includes overseeing member and guest experiences, coordinating club activities, and maintaining strong relationships with employees, the club Advisory Board, Vail Resorts, and the Arrowhead community. The role oversees the effective implementation of policies established by Vail Resorts and develops operational procedures to support the club’s strategic goals. The Senior Manager directs the work of managers across departments including the clubhouse, pool, parking lot, dining yurt, fitness center and spa. Additional responsibilities include managing and monitoring the club’s budget, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products and services, and driving member satisfaction. The Senior Manager is also accountable for safeguarding the club’s assets, including its facilities and equipment, to maintain operational integrity and long-term sustainability.

Job Responsibilities
- Implements general policies established by Vail Resorts; directs their administration and execution
- Plans develops, and approves specific operational policies, programs, procedures, and methods in alignment with general policies
- Develops, maintains, and administers a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessary
- Coordinates development of operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements for the club; takes effective corrective action as required
- Provides advice and recommendations to the Senior Director of Signature Clubs about maintenance, materials, supplies, equipment, and services not offered in approved plans and/or budgets
- Enures that the club is operated consistently in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws
- Oversees the care and maintenance of all the club's physical assets and facilities
- Maintains the highest standards for food, beverage, activities, fitness programming, spa offerings and other club services
- Oversee full operations and programming for Arrowhead Alpine Club Pool
- Reviews and initiates programs to provide members with a variety of popular activities and events
- Establishes and monitors compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
- Analyzes financial statements, manages cash flow, and establishes controls to safeguard funds
- Reviews income and expenses relative to goals; takes corrective action as necessary
- Works with subordinate department heads to schedule, supervise, direct and develop the work of all club employees
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous club or hospitality experience
- Proficiency navigating Microsoft Office Suite and procurement systems
- Proficiency speaking, writing, and understanding English
- Previous experience managing maintenance and housekeeping, and possessing a general knowledge of procurement and ordering
Preferred:
- 3-5 years' supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and relationship development skills
The expected pay range is $85,863.60 - $110,362.73 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
