Job Summary:
The Membership Services Assistant Manager is all about connecting with members, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they join. The person in this role will maintain accurate member records and communicate with members on new memberships, accounts, Club policies, and billing matters. Working closely with the Club Director and our Sales Team, you’ll have a hands-on role in keeping the club running smoothly and creating a welcoming atmosphere every day. Job Responsibilities:
- Strong administration skills are required, emphasizing detailed work, prioritization, and organization.
- Responsible for membership records, database profiles, communication, and billing. Systems include Jonas, EMMA, Clubhouse Online, Coupa and the Microsoft Suite.
- Manage member billing questions and statements. Reconcile aging reports with Club Accounting to verify credit cards with member billing are accurate.
- Manage club aging report.
- Oversee club front desk staff, training, scheduling, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for learning and understanding membership categories, dues schedules, qualifications, amenities, membership options/payment plans, transfers, and resignations.
- Serve as the go-to resource for club policies. Knowledge of Arrowhead Alpine Club Membership Plan and Rules & Regulations will be required.
- Collaborate with the Club’s sales and marketing team to support and facilitate communication regarding new and prospective members.
- Assist the management team with enterprise concepts, software, and administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people in the club in an organized activity setting.
- Enjoy serving others in a high-paced, active environment.
- Cover all opening/closing/ MOD (manager on duty) shifts as assigned.
- Create and receive purchase orders.
- Promote Club activities and events through verbal and written communication.
- Attend Alpine Club Advisory Board meetings and take minutes.
- Work closely with the management team. Responsible for understanding all assistant manager responsibilities and sometimes required to work in all departments of the Club as assigned.
- Dynamic team member involved in the daily operation and leadership of the Club.
- Assist the Club Director with duties as needed or requested.

- English proficiency
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and highly organized person capable of handling a large volume of detailed and multi-dimensional tasks, knowledge of the Vail Valley, outdoor activities, and a self-starter
- Lifting 25 lbs consistently
- Standing requirement for long periods of time

- Previous Private Club or Hospitality Experience

The expected pay range is $60,000 - $70,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
