Job Summary: 

The Flower Crew Laborer will assist in planting and maintenance of flower beds in Beaver Creek, and other duties such as mulching, tilling, weeding, pruning, deadheading and hand watering. Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: Yes

 

Job Requirements:

  • Able to speak and communicate in English - required
  • Willing and able to work weekend shifts and holidays when scheduled - required
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs - required
  • Able to crouch, kneel, stoop for long periods of time throughout the day - required
  • Able to work outdoors in all mountain weather conditions - required
  • Able to work independently and as a team player - required
  • The work day begins at 7:00 am sharp and ends at 5:30 pm - must be able to work this schedule - required
  • Able to drive standard transmission vehicles - required
  • Normal work week starts on Monday and ends on Thursday with weekend and overtime requirements - must be able to work required days - required
  • Able to work all scheduled shifts during planting season (June 1-July 4) - required
  • Gardening experience - preferred
  • Valid driver's license - required
  • Acceptable driving record - required
  • Available for an in-person interview - required

 

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
