Job Summary:
The AA Assistant Property and Communications Manager supports the Arrowhead Association by assisting the Association Manager and working closely with the Board to execute multichannel communications, provide broad administrative support, and help drive community engagement through events, strategic collaboration, and daily operations. This position enhances organizational efficiency by ensuring timely, clear communication with homeowners and key stakeholders, supporting a high standard of excellence with community programs and helping manage day-to-day operations. This role is highly collaborative and serves as a central point of support for Board and Committee initiatives, Association Management, and homeowner-facing functions.

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $56,485 - $65,000

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Association Manager for daily operations.
  • Manage tasks assigned by the Board and Association Manager
  • Assist in preparing operational reports
  • Track projects, work orders, and recurring operational tasks
  • Maintain shared files and digital records for AA and Management using software platform
  • Collaborate closely with the SaaS vendor and other resources to ensure all communications content is created, managed, and maintained within the Association's CMS, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  • Execute multichannel communications across website, email, and social media platform
  • Support content planning and scheduling for community updates and events
  • Draft and publish timely, homeowner facing messages with clear and consistent tone
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with communication goals and user experience best practices
  • Assist in monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve reach and clarity
  • Other Arrowhead Association Duties as assigned

 

Board and Committee Support

  • Draft, edit, and distribute communications and follow ups on behalf of the Board and Association Manager
  • Track and support execution of Board and Committee directed action items, initiatives, and special projects
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned task and priorities
  • Manage CCR and Alpine Club Racquet Sports Memberships and coordinate with RS management
 
Events Management:
  • Coordinate community events from planning through execution with collaboration from theBoard and committees
  • Collaborate with the Activities Committee and vendors on event planning and logistics
  • Track event budgets, attendance, and performance for future planning
  • Promote events using Association multichannel platform to ensure homeowner awareness and engagement

Job Requirements:
  • Strong administrative, communication, and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Event planning and coordination experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with HOA operations
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in a service-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. - College degree preferred but not required
  • Event planning, Coordination, Drafting and distributing communication, managingmultiple projects, and Familiarity with HOA operations
  •  direct supervisory experience explicitly required (role is more collaborative and support-focused)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Familiarity with SaaS platforms and content management systems (CMS), Ability to execute multichannel communications (website, email, social media), Comfort with maintaining shared digital files and records
  • Strong Communication and writing skills, Ablility to draft clear Homeowner facing messages
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, Ability to manage multiple Projects with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with HOA operations (preferred but not required), Experience collaborating with boards, committees, and vendor partners

 

The expected pay range is $56,485 - $65,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
