WINTER
Temperatures can vary but average temperatures during the winter months will fluctuate between  6ºF - 35ºF.

  • Average annual snowfall: 325 inches/826 cm
  • We do offer retail discounts to employees but do come prepared with a good pair of winter gloves, boots, hats and warm layers!

SUMMER
Temperatures can vary but average temperatures during the summer months but average temperatures are mid to low 30ºF to highs of 75ºF and above.

How Big Is Beaver Creek Mountain?

  • Most guests are destination and international guests vs in-state.

When Can I Get My Ski Pass?

  • YOUR SKI PASS will be ready to pick up 1-2 business days after you fill out all of your paperwork. You will need your ski pass to clock in and out for work. Please note that you will not be able to ski or snowboard at any of our resorts until you have completed your paperwork, so come in as soon as you get the go ahead from your supervisor or manager!

I-9 Important Forms:

  • As per federal law, all employees must provide documents that establish their eligibility to work in the United States. If you do not bring these documents to your paperwork session, you will not be able to begin work. Here is a list of some document that will fulfill this requirement: passport or Driver’s license and social security card or driver’s license and valid birth certificate. You MUST go to Human Resources with Valid IDS, BEFORE your start date.
