Job Summary: 
As an Activities Attendant, you’ll deliver Epic guest service by guiding guests through exciting snow tubing adventures. You’ll interact with visitors and team members f rom around the world while engaging in a variety of guest service activities. Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Part-time
  • Availability: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays
  • Minimum Age: 18 years or older

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Have Fun! Create experiences of a lifetime for guests, teammates, and yourself .
  • Be Safe: Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees. Assist our youngest guests as they enjoy the adventures we of fer.
  • Serve Others: Operate tubing activities, answer questions, and help guests navigate the mountain experience.
  • Do Right: Respond to guest feedback and special requests. Provide on-the-spot resolutions to elevate their experience.
  • Drive Value: Represent Vail Resorts positively and promote the high-quality service we deliver.
  • Do Good: Help maintain a clean, beautiful mountain environment so guests can fully enjoy the outdoors.
  • Be Inclusive: Engage with guests of all backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Be Prepared: Work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Be Sturdy: Stand for long periods of time.
  • Be Nimble: Perform f requent twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, and lif ting (up to 50 lbs.) throughout the day.
  • Be Friendly: Communicate clearly and comfortably with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English: Speak and understand English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members. 
  • Background Check: Required.
  • Be Reliable: Work independently or as part of a team. Have dependable transportation in varying weather conditions and arrive on time.
  • Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
