Position Status: Full-time Seasonal –  positions.  

Seasonal positions can be differentiated from year round jobs as the have predefined start and end dates. These dates may vary due to seasonal business fluctuations.


Job Summary:

The Snow School Scheduler will work closely with the Snow School Supervisors, Managers and Sales Staff to facilitate a seamless process for the staff and guests throughout their Snow School experience. Schedulers develop and maintain instructors’ hourly schedules in the manner that best enhances the experience of our guests and staff. With upwards of 1400 Ski and snowboard Instructors a team of 12 schedulers  work to manage and manipulate schedules. Scheduler will be able to multi- task in a calm and efficient manner as well as create and maintain relationships with a multitude of people. Great computer skills and interpersonal skills are an asset in this position.


What you’ll be doing:

  • To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again.
  • Ensure an inventory of instructors to maximize both sales and efficiency by working closely with other members of the Scheduling team and the Snow School Supervisors.
  • Assist in communications between schedulers, call centre, sales staff, supervisors and instructors as needed.  
  • Front-line support for sales staff and Snow School supervisors
  • Maintain employee information in all appropriate systems
  • We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist in other departments as needed.

  • Ability to fit into a team and perform well under pressure
  • Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check
