Food and Beverage Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

  • Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Cleaning tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the lodge
  • Assisting with shelf-stocking, clean up, and displays
  • Ability to remain helpful throughout the work shift and maintain a courteous approach to resolving guest complaints / answering questions
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and work with other team members
  • Support our goal to Commitment to Zero Waste
  • Supporting the back of house with the preparation of salads and sandwiches as required
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required qualifications 

  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays  
  • Open to supporting the Retail/Rental and guest services department
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to stand without sitting for extended periods of time
