Based at Lodging Ovations in Whistlers Creekside Village we are searching for a detail oriented, professional individual to join our Owner Services Team.  This position will concentrate on the daily servicing for the Owners at Legends, First Tracks Lodge & Evolution.  The key areas of focus will be communication, inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Embraces Lodging Ovation’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to ensure an extraordinary vacation experience for all Owners and Guests.
  • Responds to inquiries and reservation requests for Lodging Ovations Owners in an efficient, professional and accurate manner. Establishes effective and efficient procedures for managing the relationships with Owners.
  • Maintain Owner inventory, Owner Services queue and inbox
  • Maintains regular communication with General Manager, Front Desk Manager, and Lodging Ovations Department Heads.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly owner revenue statements and correspondence to Owners
  • Reports on calls/emails per Owner and owner issues in regards to their units.
  • Take minutes at Legends & First Tracks council meetings. (for Evolution when necessary)
  • Prepare agendas for Strata/EOA meetings
  • Attend all Strata council, EOA, special and annual general meetings
  • Review Strata & EOA financials monthly
  • Coordinate special projects as required
  • Manage day to day operations, working with Engineering and Housekeeping managers to uphold property to highest standards
  • Understand, interpret and explain various management agreements, Strata property act.
  • Liaise with Strata Council and Association Board
  • Cover the Front Desk on Wednesdays
  • Assisting with hotel Guest Services

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service experience (distinguishing between owner and hotel guest needs)
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail oriented, well organized
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Experience in property and rental management an asset
  • Prior Strata operations experience preferred
