As part of the Front Office team, the Owner Guest Experience Coordinator provides the highest level of Owner and Guest experience at every touch-point through the use of excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and team supervision ensuring that our owners and guests receive an extraordinary vacation experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Embraces Lodging Ovation’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to ensure an extraordinary vacation experience for all Owners and Guests.
  • Responds to inquiries and reservations requests for Owners in an efficient, professional and accurate manner
  • Establishes effective and efficient procedures for managing the relationships with Owners.
  • Maintains regular communication with General Manager, Front Office Manager, and OS Coordinator
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly correspondence to Owners
  • Reports on calls from the Owners and any Owner issues
  • Take minutes at council meetings.
  • Attend all council, HOA, special and annual general meetings

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Detail oriented, well organized
  • Ability to work lead staff and also be a strong independent worker in a deadline oriented environment.
  • Front desk and concierge experience necessary
  • Having experience in dealing with FTL owners is preferred
