Job Summary:
The Fleet Maintenance Manager role manages the overall day-to-day operation of the Whistler Blackcomb tune, repair and maintenance locations for both ski equipment and bikes, including our traditional rental fleet, in addition, to the My Epic Gear fleet. This position is responsible for merchandising, financial management, staff supervision and overall store management. Oversees hiring, training, coaching and scheduling of store personnel. Responsible for sales generation and growth, inventory control, controllable expenses, cash management, merchandising, loss prevention and store appearance.
As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, this job oversees the operations of our high-volume overseeing guest ski, snowboard, bike repair/tuning and our traditional ski, snowboard and bike fleet, as well as the My Epic Gear fleet.

The expected pay range is $58,240 - $70,720 CAD + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
