Job Summary:
Manages all operational functions for a collection of retail & rental stores. Oversees store management in attaining maximum profitability and productivity. Implements and maintains company policies for stores within an area. Conducts recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and appraisals of store management positions. Establishes store level expectations and guidelines. Assists store managers in evaluating sales trends and creates methods for sales growth. Monitors cash flow and inventory controls. This specific role will lean towards more retail operations with some rental. All locations will be based in Vail, CO.

The expected pay range is $66,100 - $87,110 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
