Job Summary:

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.  

Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.04 / hour

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours available  

• Skill Level: Entry Level 

• Other Specifics: Building Maintenance and Cleaning
   

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist with a variety of maintenance work as well as tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the resort area
  Tasks may include but will not limited to 
  - painting, landscaping, clearing of base area  and other general maintenance tasks 
  - cleaning restrooms, foyers, and other areas of the facility during and outside business hours
• Provide additional support to other resort operations 
• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

• Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority 

• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments 

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 

• Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently  

• Ability to work weekends and holidays 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.04. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
