• Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour

Summary of Job:

Performs very basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance and direction of more skilled mechanics.  Collaborate with Parts Admin Specialist to manage and maintain vehicle parts inventories. Assist with maintaining vehicle service and parts records. Maintains shop safety standards and productivity levels. Posses a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain fleet vehicle parts inventories.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on a variety of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance from Intermediate and Advanced Mechanics.
• Comprehensive documentation of all work performed.
• Communicate with with both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Effectively use current Procurment systems to facilitate parts purchases.
• Ability to be part of a team oriented shop in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being an active participant in a safety oriented shop culture.
• Ability to meet all customer expectations with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Comply with all company policies.
• Other duties as assigned

Other requirements:

• Indoor Shop / Working in All-Weather conditions
• Above average noise working around gas, diesel, and oil products. Chemicals & Cleaners.
• Hand Tools, Impact Wrenches, Hotsy, Fork Lift.
• All - Holidays, Weekends.
• Company Vehicle Training prior to operating fleet vehicles

The budgeted range starts at 17.00 - 21.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
