Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/ hour
- Shift Availability: Full Time and Part Time
- Skill Level: Lead

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Front Desk Responsibilities including answering phones, all radio communication with club and hotel staff, concierge service, housekeeping and F&B upkeep of the club
- Oversee the Ski valet department and responsible for all inventory, tracking and stickering of all member skis.
- Complete member inquiries, appointments and spa bookings on a daily basis
- Manage and understand all Club legal documents.
- Complete Sales Tours and potential member inquiries.
- Organize implement and run club functions and activities both summer and winter.
- Member name and face recognition
- Coordinate event management of all member events.
- Execute all weekly, monthly and annual events including billing.
- Complete weekly newsletter.
- Execute Jonas Club House on line events and calendar.
- Maintain and update Club Website.
- Maintain Confidentiality of all members.
- Complete retail, food and beverage, and ski inventories daily and monthly.
- Able to perform and multi task in a high paced and stressful environment.
- Implement Safety Leadership program.
- RPOS use on a daily basis
- Locker room program including all set up, programming and name plates
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree - required.
- Previous Management Experience - required
- Previous Club and Food and Beverage Experience - required.
- Tips, Serv Safe, CPR and 1st Aid Certifications - required.
- Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and programs including Emma, Peoplesoft, Jonas, Club house on line, RPOS, Outlook, Coupa - preferred.
- Extensive Ski/Snowboard equipment knowledge - required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - required.
- Work schedule- Full Time and Part Time
- Includes all holidays and weekends, early mornings and some nights. 6 day work weeks depending on season and 12 hour days over holiday periods.
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $26.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
