Job Summary

Responsible for guest satisfaction. Answer questions, give directions and make detailed reservations or recommendations for dining, entertainment attractions, events, airlines, car rental, etc. Maintains an up-to-date listings of restaurants, activities, area maps. Must be fully acquainted or willing to learn of local points of interests. Be willing to learn about repeat guest needs and accommodations to further build rapport. Accurately assist guests with all requests in a timely manner. Provide exceptional guest service.


Job Specifications

  • Outlet: The Lodge at Vail
  • Starting Wage: $19 - $21 / hour
    • Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full TIme, Year Round (11 Month)


Job Responsibilities

  • Complete daily checklist duties. Adhere to and enforce all Brand Standards.
  • Ensure proper billing including and not limited to Colorado Mountain Express and shipping charges.
  • Facilitate delivery and shipping of mail and packages for guests and owners.
  • Facilitate pre-arrival communication with guests and develop itineraries.
  • Assist in solving guest issues in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of local restaurants, events and activities. Use computer programs to record detailed itineraries and guest information.
  • Effectively communicate detailed information to guests and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.



The budgeted range starts at $19 - $21.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
