Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $17 per hour
  • Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

 

This is a supervisory position for the Base Area Operations, with direct reports. Responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling and performance management/evaluations. Also fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Training and follow up of development for direct reports
  • Maintenance, inventory and tracking of tools and storage
  • Maintenance , inventory and tracking of equipment
  • Set and follow guidelines to maintain safety and compliance when  utilizing tools and equipment
  • Lining out work based on group priorities for part of the work week.
  • Work with other groups in department to coordinate completion of larger projects
  • Understand and utilize Coupa purchasing tool
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with direct leadership and other group leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 seasons working on grounds crew or maintenance type work
  • 1-2 seasons supervising direct reports
  • OSHA or other safety training preferred
  • Able to use spreadsheets and online calendar
  • English, fluent
  • Experience with heavy equipment, preferred

 

 

 

The budgeted range starts at $17 per hour.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
