Job Summary:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading the Jackson Lake Lodge Housekeeping department, composed of approximately 65 employees. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for training, coaching, disciplining, and recognizing staff with the goal of creating a supportive and high-performing team. In addition, the Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all administrative tasks of the department including, payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and maintenance of training records. The Executive Housekeeper is expected to strategically plan operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency standards are upheld. The Executive Housekeeper regularly interacts with guests of the hotel and is expected to be a role model of service and recovery standards

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, coach, discipline, and recognize employees of the Jackson Lake Lodge Housekeeping Department with the goal of creating a supportive and high-performing team.
- Perform administrative functions of the department, including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, product inventory, ordering, and maintaining training logs.
- Set weekly strategic operational plans considering staffing levels, resort occupancy, labor/efficiency targets, and department priorities.
- Review weekly financial reporting to ensure department is on track to meet efficiency targets and adjust operation as required
- Direct the daily work of Housekeeping Inspectors, Housekeepers, Housepersons, and Public Areas Attendants, ensuring maximum efficiency of the department and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure guestrooms are cleaned in accordance with Vail Resorts/Grand Teton Lodge Company Brand Standards by conducting regular inspections of housekeeper and housekeeping inspector work and retrain/coach staff as required.
- Oversee the accuracy of the Property Management System (PMS) and maintain regular contact with Front Office management.
- Ensure guestroom maintenance issues are addressed timely, and follow up with Engineering leadership as necessary.
- Regularly review guest feedback provided through the guest experience survey, Medallia, and work with leadership on plans to adjust service delivery if needed.
- Handle guest cleanliness or housekeeping concerns and communicate any resolution with the Front Office.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping and/or resort experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a resort environment
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft365
- Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) platform
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Fluent in spoken and written English
