Job Summary:
Responsible for the opening, operation, and closing of the Headwaters Campground. Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the Campground. You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them 

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $19.00/hr 
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee campground facilities including RV/tent sites and cabins.
  • Manages site reservations, maximizes site revenue/occupancy, and collects any site/rental fees.
  • Uses Property Management System (Recreation.gov) to check guests in and out of campground.
  • Supervise, train in PMS and operations, and assign duties to attendants.
  • Partners with NPS in bear attractant patrols ensuring safety of guests and preservation of the wildlife.
  • Attentively and politely respond to all guest concerns or complaints and follow up to ensure the guest has received a satisfactory resolution.
  • Creates employee schedule, clears payroll exceptions and approves time.
  • Manage propane filling operations for guests.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning of Camper Cabins prior to guest check-in at 2pm.
  • Responsible for deep cleaning and monitoring the condition of campground restrooms, including but not limited to – scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks and fixtures, mopping floor, replacing toilet paper and paper towel.
  • Identifies and tracks all chemicals and cleaners used in all work areas. Follows FRC Hazard Communication Plan and ensures that the MSDS book is complete, current, and accessible to all employees in each work area.
  • Supports training as required by personnel and the EH&S office. Implements and trains employees as specified in job descriptioattachments (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures-SOP).
  • Completes required tracking on individual employee training. Ensure all completed forms are returned to Human Resources.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Have previous customer service experience.
  • Have prior management experience.
  • Have knowledge of RVs and campers.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and to delegate responsibility.
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • Possess disposition suitable for constant guest contact.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to lift, walk up and down hills, and bend without difficulty.
  • Cash Handling
  • Property Management System experience
