Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, F&B, plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily food and beverage operations within a high-volume, seasonal environment. The position requires hands-on supervision, team development, and operational excellence to ensure guest satisfaction and outlet success. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, scheduling, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced, service-driven professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, committed to upholding company values and delivering
exceptional service.
 
Job Specifications:
  • Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $35.20/hr

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, providing hands-on supervision and direction to food service team members.
  • Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure completion of all closing duties and daily operational checklists.
  • Utilize company platforms for ordering, planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control for all food and beverage offerings.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of catering and special events.
  • Uphold a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing Food Safety and Serving It Right standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support outlet success.

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $35.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
