Job Summary:
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory, and leading the kitchen team in alignment with the F&B Toolkit leadership norms.
 
Job Specifications:
  • Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $27.53/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: No
 
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing Kitchen Staff
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Provide training and resolve issues promptly
 
2. Inventory Management
  • Conduct weekly in-house counts
  • Maintain waste logs
  • Ensure accurate ordering of supplies

3. Quality Control
  • Maintain menu binders and proper labeling
  • Ensure product rotation and temperature logs
  • Monitor portion control

4. Compliance
  • Adhere to health regulations and hygiene standards
  • Ensure safe food handling practices

5. Daily Operations
  • Maintain cooking standards
  • Manage labor budgets and adjust shifts as needed

6. Training Staff
  • Provide ongoing training and development for kitchen staff.

 

7. Opening and Closing Presence

  • Ensure supervisory presence during opening and closing shifts.

 

 

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $27.53/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
