Job Summary

Use your talents to elevate our guest arrival experience!  Join our dynamic team as a Base Operations Lead. This person will lead other employees in creating exceptional guest experiences, and leaving visitors with the best first and last experiences possible. The Lead will work as part of a leadership team to oversee the parking and arrival operation at Mount Sunapee Resort.


Job Specifications

  • Starting Wage:  $22 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time
  • Skill Level: Lead


Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise line-level employees to provide a consistent and world class experience in Parking, Grounds and Snow Removal departments
  • Work with other resort leaders to fulfill work force utilization and cross training
  • Model excellent guest service
  • Ensure all employee training is completed in a timely fashion
  • Manage scheduling for your team to meet business needs
  • Maintain a safety focus in all areas of the operations
  • Recruit, hire and assist with onboarding line level employees
  • Bring passion and fun to daily operations
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Some college (preferred)
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must communicate clearly in English
  •  Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have a clean driving record over the last 3 years


The budgeted range starts at $22 - $28.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
