Summary of Job: 


The Senior Specialist of Learning and Development will deliver scalable leadership/talent driven programs and curriculum to multiple frontline - mid level stakeholder groups. Additionally this position will be responsible for the design, development and continued maintenance of enterprise-wide leadership curriculum.


Essential Job Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible for delivery and adoption of enterprise-wide employee leadership development programs for multiple frontline - mid level stakeholder groups. Ensure training programs support and align with enterprise-wide Talent strategy and goals
  • Responsible for the administration required to ensure ILT programs run successfully.  This includes LMS administration, program marketing, facility and materials administration.
  • Develop metrics and monitor impact of L&D activities to ensure effectiveness of delivery to the business.
  • Responsible for the continued maintenance and development of enterprise training curriculum to consistently improve and evolve our programs as we grow and scale the business
  • Work with Regional Talent Development Relationship Managers to determine the need of the business and co-create the local L&D calendar
  • Ensure all training modules are developed and delivered in accordance with agreed training Best Practice guidelines
  • Implement evaluation strategy to demonstrate effectiveness and return on investment of all training


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, OD or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Educational Development training certifications, or relevant HR, L&D or OD certifications are also a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years prior talent development/leadership development training experience, preferably for a medium-large company.
