SUMMARY

Oversees RV lot and reservation system. Assist incoming campers with location of site.

Make daily adjustments to reservation system as needed. Be a presence in the RV lot.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES   

 

  • We are hoping to fill this position with a local who understands the Stevens Pass RV Lot.
  • In charge of reservation system/ RV lot.
  • Assist campground hosts with guest issues.
  • Set up parking cones (early A.M.), signs, etc.
  • Provide guest assistance (tows, lockouts, jump starts, etc.).
  • Set positive example by being full service oriented.
  • Assist in training employees.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS   

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, write routine reports and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Strong people skills and some mechanical ability are required. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. This job requires almost full time exposure to a variety of mountain winter weather conditions, while dealing with staff and guest. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and fumes or airborne particles.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
