Welcome and thanks for your interest in joining our Steven Pass Base Area Operations Parking and Transit Team!!  Our Team is responsible for the daily management of the resort’s multiple parking lots and facilities. Our Team works very hard together each and everyday to ensure our parking lots are prepared and ready for our guests arrival.  Most of all, our Parking Team are the very first Employees that our Guest meet!   We have the amazing and awesome job of welcoming all of our Skiers and Snowboarders personally once they are safely and carefully parked.  We do it efficiently, we do it safely, and we do it with a smile :).   You will be working outdoors in one of the most pristine locations in North America in a family-like employee atmosphere!  This job really has a lot of variety in your daily assigned duties and our top priority is always Safety! as well as the Guest and Employee Experience.  If you are ready to Join a Great Team of professionals working at Stevens Pass, one of the world's premier Day Use Resorts in North America; We would love to have you for this 2020/2021 Season!


Responsibilities Include:

  • Safety Observer in overseeing all Parking and Transit functions
  • Parking lot and traffic management
  • Snow surface safety and maintenance
  • Maintaining Parking Lot trash & recycling receptacles
  • Supporting all Vail Resorts recycling operations
  • Assisting other base area operations departments when needed.
  • Supporting Resort Transportation Operations when required
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees
  • Act as a general labor force for various projects and events
  • Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED - preferred
  • Valid Driver's License - preferred
  • Previous guest service experience - preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor - required
  • Ability work on your feet for 10 hours a day - required
  • Ability to work outside in a high alpine environment - required
