Job Summary

The Team Lead - Uniforms and Employee Center will work as part of a leadership team to oversee the uniform distribution center and employee store. This is done with an emphasis on high levels of customer service and by collaborating with department contacts, other uniform operations and the resort leadership team to drive positive outcomes. Job Specifications 

  • Starting Wage: $23 / Hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round


Job Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately purchases and receives uniforms from the vendor.
  • Responsible for inventory management, distribution, receiving, and reporting.
  • Enforce company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department contacts for uniform services
  • Lead and prioritize the uniform crew in tasks.
  • Ensure quality results of our daily maintenance tasks, operational duties, and special projects.
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment for employees.
  • Ensures inventory levels are at acceptable levels within the uniform room.
  • Works within the inventory management system (software).
  • Provide a high level of guest service to our employees to make for an enjoyable experience.
  • Orders, restocks and sells retail items to fellow employees.
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs)
  • High School (Diploma or GED)
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid U.S. Drivers License
  • Microsoft Office, Internet, ability to adapt to changing workplace programs
  • Ability to communicate in English



The budgeted range starts at 23.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
