Job Summary:  

The Terrain Park Entry. Attendant will work as an Entry level tester & Park attendant to the Terrain Park leadership for all needs of the dept.  Helps contribute feedback of park design & layout. Assists with supervision of daytime operations. Assurance of Daily procedures, Maintenance & safety of all terrain features, signs and boundaries.  Assist Ski Patrol & Ensures compliance with all risk management, health and safety protocols. Helps with fabrication or repairs of terrain features when needed. Assists with guest relations and education. Ensures Inspection & testing of all terrain features and all departmental documents/polices.   

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $22.26/hr - $27.83/hr  
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Self-starter with the ability to work well with others.
  • Installing and maintaining park signage, closures, trail markings, fencing and Barriers.
  • Monitoring terrain features according to company policy.
  • Maintaining of terrain features and equipment in the parks.
  • Assisting with special events & Marketing
  • Participate in user education.
  • Keeping all facilities in clean, neat condition.
  • Adhere to all Company policies.
  • Assists with all departmental documentation
  • Patrol Terrain Parks, assist Ski Patrol with any injuries and guest education
  • Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness. 

 Other:

  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the General Manager and other Director Team members.

Preferred skills:

  • Previous Construction/Landscaping experience
  • CPR/first Aid trained 

 

Job Requirements:  

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English.  
  • Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.
  • At least 1 year prior experience working in a terrain park, similar facility or in outside Ski resort work environment required.
  • Must either snowboard or ski with advanced ability as determined by management. Riding Requirements- able to ride 50% of features in the terrain parks.
  • Candidates 18 years or older are subject to a satisfactory background screening.
  • Must be a team player flexible with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
  • Strong communication and team work skills, Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form including communicating on the mountain radio 

 

The expected pay range is $22.26/hr - $27.83/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
