Job Summary:

Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Training Coordinator is no exception to facilitating this experience of a lifetime. Responsible for supervising school operations, Training Coordinator is devoted leaders committed to staff development and guest experience

 

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Seven Springs, PA
  • Expected Pay Range: $27.00 
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time/ Seasonal
  • Skill Level: Advanced

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Selecting, training, and collaborating with the Ski and Ride School training staff 

  • Planning and facilitating early season and ongoing training for new instructors 

  • Planning and facilitating ongoing training for returning instructors 

  • Coordinating and conducting the training of PSIA-AASI certification candidates and those pursuing specialist credentials 

  • Observing, evaluating, and developing Ski and Ride School product 

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Hold current PSIA-AASI Level 3 certification and Children's Specialist 2 credential (PSIA-AASI Regional education staff member preferred) 

  • Hold current PSIA-AASI certification in multiple disciplines 

  • Have proven experience in navigating complex work environments 

  • Have proven experience developing professionals 

  • Be comfortable working with a diverse staff comprised of individuals with different interests, motivations, and goals 

 

The expected pay range is $27.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
