Job Summary:
We are truly passionate about our people and we want a person who can deliver exceptional guest service by hiring, developing and leading a great team. The position will report to the Food and Beverage manager and will assist in Lodge oversite ensuring operations are run safely, efficiently and cost effectively while exceeding customer service expectations.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $52,000.00 - $65,137.70
  • Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
  • Maintaining health and safety regulations compliance
  • Staying compliant with sanitary regulations
  • Addressing customer complaints in a courteous and expeditious manner
  • Ensuring that the dining area, FOH areas (inside and outside) and restrooms are clean, organized, and well stocked providing an excellent dining experience. We should not have blinders on when evaluating our outlets.
  • Making sure all staff have goals, they are aware of those goals and constant discussion of how they can attain/achieve their goals are provided
  • Sets the example for all other staff for service standards, menu knowledge, wine and beverage education, and overall service excellence.
  • Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of restaurant and professional development
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant personnel policies and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for all violations of company policies, rules and procedures. Promptly address performance issues with appropriate measures and discretion
  • Following and implementing our company’s core values and leadership competencies
  • Provides mentorship and guidance by sharing expertise and best practices
  • Supports staff by providing essential resources, professional development opportunities and open communication

The expected pay range is $52,000.00 - $65,137.70. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
