Job Summary:

We offer comprehensive Vacation Rental Services at Seven Springs Mountain Resort by working in a partnership with our private homeowners to manage their rental properties.  Homeowners entrust their homes to us, and we do the rest!

 

Success in this position requires strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across all digital platforms and in-person effectively to existing / potential resort homeowners and guests using diplomacy and tact. Support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt owner/renter complaint resolutions. A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to multi-task on a daily basis, possess proficient Microsoft Word and Excel software experience and other required software to operate the property rental business effectively. Attention to detail is necessary, along with effective time management and strong organizational skills. Aesthetic interior design experience is beneficial. Team player.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in growing our Property Rental business by recruiting new home buyers and existing homeowners to join our program by building trust and maintaining relationships
  • Physical inspections & rating reports of all rental homes required on a yearly basis & at times more often to assure properties are maintained in accordance with established standards
  • Assist with on-boarding process for all new rental partners
  • Collaborate with manager and front desk team with guest door code system (Point Central)
  • Obtain and monitor proper insurance documentation records for all rental partners
  • Support Manager by assisting with guest/owner surveys, complaints, issues, reports and special projects
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assist with monthly financial procedures including processing payments, charges and executing default protocols
  • Assist in coordinating owner, guest and group stays
  • Coordinate owner/guest maintenance issues with appropriate contractors, front desk and housekeeping teams
  • Ensure properties are compliant with all local, state, federal, HOA and resort management requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Attend in-person and Teams meetings as assigned
  • Complete trainings as assigned in a timely fashion
  • This is an on-site office position typically Mon-Fri 9-5 (subject to change).  It does require some “on-call” and/or after hour calls for remote work during busy times.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Greater
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Rental Management, Real Estate, Hotel Front Desk, Hospitality
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Software ( Word, excel, Outlook) + Ability to learn in-house software programs – IQWARE, Point Central, Medallia
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across all digital platforms and in-person.
  • Must be able to multi-task exhibit effective time management and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Aesthetic interior design experience

 

The expected pay range is $52,000 - $67,320. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
