Ticket scanners are responsible for creating the guest experience. The scanning Team lead is a leader who is on the front line with his staff to ensure a smooth transaction process for each guest as they access Mount Snow. Ticket scanning positon requires greeting guests at the base of Mount Snow and creating the experience of a lifetime for each guest. The scanners will make sure guest’s passes and products are active, and valid for guest’s to access the mountain. As a team lead you will assist every pass or ticket concern quickly and efficiently to ensure the best experience possible for every guest. The Ticket scanning position is 100% outdoors. 
 
Responsibilities:

•    Promote a safe and fun working environment on mountain for employees and guests. 
•    Oversee proper functionality of the scanning devices to ensure proper and effective scanning.
•    Responsible for daily opening and closing procedures with scanning guns and mazes.
•    Assist employees with scan gun issues, pass/product problems, and guest concerns. 
•    Greet and engage with each guest when they arrive at Mount Snow.
•    Scan and verify each and every pass or product for access to Mount Snow Services.
•    Outside and guest facing at all times always ready to assist each and every guest.
•    Ability to work in a fast pace environment during peak times
•    Work Holidays and weekends possible overtime
•    Contributing to a fun and team building atmosphere
•    Ability to identify ticket/pass issues and resolve quickly and professionally

Other Requirements:
•    High School Diploma/ GED
•    Ability to stand outside during work shift with exceptions to break periods
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Holidays, Weekends, Possible Overtime
•    Guest service experience required 
•    Team player and leader
