Job Summary:

The main areas of focus of this position are the recruiting, recognition, and retention of all Mount Snow Food & Beverage staff. This role may interview candidates and will assist in hiring winter/seasonal, year-round, and summer/seasonal employees. This position also acts as a liaison for the Food & Beverage department in regards to employee housing occupancy, staff trainings, and general operational support.

This position will also support the Director of Food & Beverage and venue managers as needed with general administrative assistance including but not limited to licensing, invoice reconciliation, subscription management, and payroll. This role requires a candidate to be forward thinking, flexible to changing dynamics, detail oriented, and with proficient time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Basic filing and administrative duties
• Coordination of the hiring and on-boarding process for all F&B employees
• Act as primary point of contact for new hires and assist all employees as needed
• Assist in keeping F&B management team on track to meet deadlines
• Maintain security of sensitive paperwork and confidential information
• Maintain order for shared network computer drive following Corporate/SOX record retention procedures
• Assist with various tasks in QSRs and FSRs during peak seasons as necessary
• Assist in invoice receiving, purchase order creation, and accrual troubleshooting as needed

Job Qualifications:

Required:

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Ability to learn new tasks and systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Detail oriented, self-starter, and possess ability to multi-task
• Excellent guest service skills with drive and motivation to develop

Preferred:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years working in administrative role or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office skills and experience
