Job Summary:
The main areas of focus of this position are the recruiting, recognition, and retention of all Mount Snow Food & Beverage staff. This role may interview candidates and will assist in hiring winter/seasonal, year-round, and summer/seasonal employees. This position also acts as a liaison for the Food & Beverage department in regards to employee housing occupancy, staff trainings, and general operational support.
This position will also support the Director of Food & Beverage and venue managers as needed with general administrative assistance including but not limited to licensing, invoice reconciliation, subscription management, and payroll. This role requires a candidate to be forward thinking, flexible to changing dynamics, detail oriented, and with proficient time management skills.
