Job Summary:
Welcome to Mad River Mountain bubbly tubing hill! The Leadership Team are the daily operational leaders and direct supervisors of the Mad River Tubing activities. Members of the Leadership Team are responsible for the operational direction of Mad River Tubing including but not limited to: staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience etc. They will be responsible for directly monitoring the quality of overall activity operations, with a focus on safety, service, and will make adjustments to the operation as needed to ensure exceptional service/experience delivery. The Leadership Team is responsible for ensuring all aspects of operations are in alignment with department, resort, and company goals.
 
Job Specifications:
  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $25.19/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: No

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Guest Service experience
  • Comfortable with outdoor and labor intensive work
  • Minimum one year previous leadership experience in a dynamic operational setting
  • Staff management, guest service recovery, and scheduling experience
  • Experience in a leadership role relating to outdoor recreation, amusement, or hospitality operations, helpful
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to Lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions for long periods of time

 

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $25.19/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
