Experienced food expeditor or combination of Front Of House and Back Of House in a fast-paced environment preferred.  Expeditor exhibits excellent menu knowledge, communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Has the ability to easily read tickets and prioritizes effectively. Ensures excellent plate presentation and flow of food from the servers to the kitchen and to our guests. 

Expeditor is responsible for properly plating and traying food according to both ticket and seat orders. Is responsible for proper food temps, sides, condiments and modifications. Expeditor ensures timely delivery of food to guests by communicating effectively with both the servers and kitchen.

  

 

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $20 / hour 

  • Shift type: Part Time, Weekends and Holidays 

  • Skill Level: Entry  

  • Other: Free Shift Meal

 

Additional duties include proper stocking, re-stocking and shift preparation including condiments, dressings, cold sides, etc. and proper dining utensils. Must maintain a clean work station. Must be able to lift 30lbs. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

 

The budgeted range starts at $20.00 - $22.26.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
