Job Summary:

Execution of the Vail Resorts Wellness Strategy in Employee Housing to meet current and future needs. This person will help guide Employee Housing staff and residents to provide an Experience of a Lifetime, which includes creating a safe, inclusive, and vibrant housing environment. Create a supportive environment to help guide you through challenges and transitions.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range $20.00 - $24.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full-Time, Year-Round
  • Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced  


Job Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the Vail Resorts Wellness Manager and Wellness Supervisor, responsible for executing and supporting the Vail Resorts wellness strategy in employee housing for current and future success
  • Deliver standardized wellness programs across the Resort ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategy
  • Elevate experience for residents/employees and housing staff while driving the seasonal Employee Value Proposition through events and communications
  • Create a safe, fun, and diverse housing culture that helps provide employees with the experience of a lifetime
  • Help residents navigate transitions and offer resources around mental/physical wellness
  • Create, manage, and track resident support cases
  • Partner internally with Employee Relations, Wellness Manager, HRBP, and Housing, and externally through community resources to help employees best navigate concerns and challenges
  • Assist in creating and managing external relationships with community partners, mental health resources, and law enforcement
  • May be required to assist other departments as necessary inside and outside of Employee Housing.


Job Requirements:

  • University/College Degree Preferred
  • Experience with high risk & vulnerable populations
  • Experience with mediation and conflict resolution
  • Experience working with people with mental health challenges
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills
  • English strong written and verbal required
  • Spanish preferable

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $24.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
