By joining our team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. Restaurant Crew members are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of food to guests in the restaurant. They will also assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables in the restaurant, cashiering, maintaining stock of supplies, flatware and other materials needed in the restaurant, maintaining the cleanliness of floors, chairs, tables, and restaurant service area and restrooms, and removing trash and recycling.

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.35 / hour
Shift type: Full Time & Part Time, Weekends and Holidays

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Share our passion for the mountains during service
Follow the leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables
Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
Must be able to assist all guests in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of flow through check-out lines.
Responsible for accuracy of point-of-sale. Also responsible for completing point-of-sale check-out and turn-in procedures and paperwork.
Responsible for set-up, operation, and tear-down of outdoor concession stand and other mobile food operations.
Responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of dining room area, restrooms, food court, cash stations, loading dock, exterior patio, and other restaurant areas as needed.
Assist with snow removal from patio decks and tables.
Keep up to date with the cleaning schedule as advised by FB Management.
Stock and maintain all the janitorial storage supplies.
Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need, and be knowledgeable of where guests can go for additional support.

Job Requirements:

Able to communicate fluently in English
Able to lift and carry 40+ lbs
Able to stand for 8+ hours
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must be available to work holidays including: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, December 26th through January 4th, Presidents’ Day Weekend, and any other holidays as requested
A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:
Mountain Activities
Retail Rental operations
Food and Beverage Support
Ticket sales or scanning
Lift Operations
Base Area Operations
Additional requirements for hires under age 18:
Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.35. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
