Job Summary:

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications

• Housing: May Be Available
• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.07 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
• Skill Level: Entry - Intermediate

Job Responsibilities:

• Building maintenance work, mostly rental condo interiors
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections in rental condos & common areas
• Perform maintenance arrival inspections
• Help to maintain inventory and order parts required for job completion with the assistance of management.
• Oversee weekly CO inspection program
• Be ready to assist with in unit guest issues such as TVs, fireplaces, and lightbulb changes when required.
• Monitor maintenance work order system and complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner
• Track work order completion in system, entering parts & labor
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner
• Work with outside contractors to provide necessary repairs or preventative maintenance
• Maintain records of all work activities and support materials
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Follow all Kirkwood Resort Lodging Brand Standards
• Maintain Interdepartmental Relationships (Housekeeping, Front Desk & Property Management)
• Operate efficiently independently, conducting all operations deliberately, with cleanliness and thoroughness in mind.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to operate efficiently independently
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance
• Guest service skills: Professionalism, attention to detail, and timeliness
• Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year
• Work weekends and Holidays
• Can do attitude towards unforeseen required tasks and circumstances
• Valid US Driver’s license

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $24.07. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
