Job Summary:
The Experienced Ticket Product Sales Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and delivers outstanding guest service while facilitating the sale of Summer Activities, Lift Tickets, Season Passes, and Ski & Snowboard School lessons. As a PSS Sales Agent, you are part of the guest experience and the face of Vail Resorts! We are looking for guest experience-focused individuals who are positive, and outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, while well-disciplined, and take pride in their work
Job Specifications:
Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.76 / hour
Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time, Weekends and Holidays
Skill Level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate Vail resorts core values:
Punctual, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy.
Aptitude to communicate fluently and effectively in English
Be able to work independently
Ability to stay calm and perform well in busy and stressful situations

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
The ability to work effectively with dynamic and constantly changing information.
Good knowledge of computer systems, Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
Broad experience in various aspects of customer service preferred
Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude.
Keen to learn new skills, and open-minded.
Able to work outside in a summer environment.
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $23.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
