Job Summary:
Why pick one job when you can work them all. As an All-Resort Specialist, you will train and work in multiple roles across multiple departments. This job is perfect for people seeking to further their understanding of ski resort operations or prefer dynamic, engaging work experience. No experience required.

Job Responsibilities:
Work the following roles: Lift Operations, Ticket Checking, Retail, Rental, Ticket & Product Sales, Restaurant Crew, Parking attendant, and Base Area Operator
Act as a flexible resource for various projects and events
Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority
Commit to guest satisfaction and assume responsibility for guest care and solving problems
Answer guest questions by becoming a resort operations and services expert
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Willingness to work 35 to 40+ hours per week (full-time)
Must be able stand outside in a mountain environment for long periods of time
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Must be able to lift 50lbs
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
